Entry Requirements

  • Anyone wishing to travel to the Bahamas will be required to complete a Travel Health Card before arrival.
  • All arrivals over the age of 10 will be required to present a negative PCR or rapid antigen test, no older than 72 hours. Either test must be performed by a lab.
  • All arrivals must tested again on the 5th day.
  • Travel between Islands might also require presenting negative test results.
  • Travelers staying longer than 48 hours must take a rapid antigen test, regardless of vaccination status

General

The Bahamas are now open for travel, however, flights are reduced and travel by sea remains banned. Domestically, most restrictions have been lifted, except for high-risk areas.

Can I Travel to Bahamas?

  • The Bahamas are now open for commercial flights from all countries, as well as charter and private flights and sea vessels, however, availability is limited.
  • Commercial cruises are banned from all countries.
  • All arrivals must have health insurance that covers them for the duration of their stay.
  • All arrivals are required to apply for the Bahamas Travel Health Visa.
