Entry Requirements

• All arrivals to Ukraine must present a negative PCR or antigen test, no older than 72 hours.
• Vaccinated arrivals are exempt.

General

• Ukraine is once again open for foreign travel, while domestic restrictions are dynamically changing.
• Please notice that traveling may not be possible due to the current situation.

Can I Travel to Ukraine?

• Ukraine has re-opened its borders and international travel is allowed.
• Unvaccinated arrivals must download a location tracking app - "Vdoma".
• Passengers in transit for less than 48 hours are not required to download the app.
• All arrival must have an insurance certificate to cover Covid-19 care.

• Travel from South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique or Malawi is banned.

Do I need to go into quarantine when arriving to Ukraine?

• Unvaccinated arrivals to Ukraine are required to self-quarantine for 10 days.
• This may be ended early if testing is negative.
• Unvaccinated arrivals from Russia must self-isolate for 14 days.

Are Covid-19 tests required to travel to Ukraine?

Public transportation in Ukraine is operating, in a reduced capacity.

Are businesses and attractions open in Ukraine?

• Non-essential businesses and attractions in Ukraine are open, under social distancing regulations.
• In Kyiv and some other cities, more restrictions are in place.
• Some facilities require proof of vaccination.

Do I need to wear a face mask in Ukraine?

Wearing face masks is required in all public places.
